给FDL成员的一封信

我十年前开始教书，我有一个强烈的愿景，那就是我们应该用教育机构的研究能力来满足行业的需求。这一愿望可以通过展览、与企业的科研合作、客座讲座、实地考察、访谈……等来实现。我们应着眼于建立与实际需要和问题的持续对话。

为了适应行业不断变化的需求，我们应该重新设计教育机制的管理、运作和结构，创造一个具有创造力和灵活性的平台，以应对不断变化的市场需求。

自从我三个月前开始创建fdl以来，我们努力创建了一个可扩展的空间，并怀有可以重新定义设计教育系统的憧憬。虽然fdl还没有最终成型，但我相信我们正在经历一个有趣的过程，这对所有人都是受益匪浅的。到目前为止，我们这个项目已经包含了一个国家级孵化中心，对接了3d打印公司，更新了fdl空间，建立了网站，启动了fdl空间的使用和活动团队。

我是一个梦想家，我需要各种各样的支持，我可以把这些帮助聚集起来从而实现我所有关于fdl的愿景。我会邀请一些思维敏捷的人加入我一起来创建FDL，并且我希望你们能以加入到FDL这个大家庭中为荣。

以为在生活中不会犯傻的想法是愚蠢的，因为我们每个人在生活中都会有犯傻的时候。

a brief letter to fdl member

I started teaching ten years ago and i have a strong vision that we should bridge the needs of industry with the research ability of the education institutions. through exhibition, research collaboration with companies, guest lecture, site visits, interviews… etc we should focus in establishing a continuous dialog with the real needs and problems.

To suit the ever changing needs of the industry, we should rennovate the management, operation and structure of the education mechanism creating a platform that is creative and flexible enough to react to the everchanging market needs.

Since i started fdl 3months ago we have created an incredable spaces with a vision to redefine design education system. although fdl is far from establishing in its final form, i am confident that we are embarking on an interesting journey that would be rewarding for all. insofar we have included a national incubation center, connected with a 3d printing conpany, renovate the fdl space, established a website, started the fdl space and event team…

I am a dreamer and i need all kind of supports that i could gather to complete the fdl vision i have. i would invite like minded people to join me in the building process of future design lab and i hope you would be proud and honor to be part of the fdl family.

Its foolish not to be foolish in life.
